A virtuoso on over ten instruments and an international touring professional musician since the age of fifteen and current guest of The Chieftains touring lineup for the last 4 years, Tim Edey now 36 years old, focuses his talents in his exciting & entertaining solo show, playing mainly guitar with a stunning style all his own. He has shared the stage with many guitar greats including Ry Cooder, Tony McManus, Kris Drever, Alan Prosser, Steve Cooney, JP Cormier, Martin Simpson. Tim plays his own compostions alongside other traditional and contemporary tunes, fusing genres such as jazz, classical & Celtic music.
Tim is now a name on the world stage in his own right after seventeen years of hard work, is rated by many to be one of the world’s finest ever Guitar&melodeon players in the folk & contemporary scene today!
