Salvatore Cafiero, aka Cafiero (musician, songwriter and producer), boasts an illustrious career characterized by a vast live experience, not only in Italy but also in Europe and America, and by a series of prestigious collaborations as in 2000 with the ” T-Kolay “for the disc” Exodus “. Founder of Super Reverb, in 2011 he officially embarked on a solo career with the name Cafiero and joined the band of Dolcenera as a guitarist. In 2014, after a series of live shows in the best live clubs in the United States (Cafe ’Wha & Red Drangon in New York), he published the first EP“ Suck my Blues ”. From the same year he became a member of the band of Gianluca Grignani with whom he collaborated both on the records and in various tours until he joined him on the stage of the Sanremo Festival 2015. Collaborations follow with Eros Ramazzotti, Emma Marrone, Nek, Elodie and on 1 September 2015 he won the “Best guitarist of the year” award at the competition called by “MEI”. Later in 2016 Salvatore Cafiero also collaborated with Tiromancino playing with them for the concert and May Day in Piazza San Giovanni in Rome. On 8 September 2017, in parallel with the commitments as a guitarist, he published his first official EP with the eponymous title “Cafiero”. In 2018 he continues to collaborate with Gianluca Grignani and in the creation of the album “Rebirth” as “Suck My Blues” (experimenting with electronic contamination with the blues) and related tour. In 2019 he became Raf’s guitarist and took part in the tour with Raf and Umberto Tozzi in the biggest Italian arenas, Arena di Verona and abroad, a tour that will be in progress even in the best Italian Theaters throughout 2020. Also in 2019 he became “Art Director” of one of the largest fairs in Puglia “Expo Miggiano 2000”.
