Redd Volkaert was a 2004 Grammy Nominee for best Country Instrumental Performance.
Redd is best known to country audiences as the lead guitarist for Merle Haggard’s band “The Strangers” since 1997. Volkaert launced his solo career with the album Telewacker in the late 90’s. He is known as one of the great masters of the Telecaster.
