La Bella “America 250” Giveaway — Official Rules
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
1. Sponsor
This giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored by La Bella Strings, 256 Broadway, Newburgh, NY 12550 (“Sponsor,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
2. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins on July 3, 2026 at 12:00 AM ET and ends on July 13, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET (the “Giveaway Period”). Entries received or submitted outside the Giveaway Period will not be counted.
3. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia (“Continental US”) who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Residents of Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, and all locations outside the United States are not eligible. Employees, officers, and directors of La Bella Strings, its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible to enter or win. This Giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
4. How to Enter
There are two ways to enter. Each eligible person may enter using either method, but only one (1) entry per person will be accepted regardless of method used.
Method 1: Instagram Entry
- Follow @labellastrings on Instagram.
- Like the designated Giveaway post on the @labellastrings Instagram account.
- Tag one (1) friend in the comments of the designated Giveaway post.
All three steps must be completed during the Giveaway Period to constitute a valid entry. Entrants must have a public or otherwise accessible Instagram profile at the time of winner verification so Sponsor can confirm compliance with these steps.
Method 2: Mail-In Entry (Alternate Method of Entry / “AMOE”)
No Instagram account or social media participation is required to enter or win. To enter by mail, hand-print your (1) full name, (2) mailing address (must be located in the Continental US), (3) age, (4) email address, and (5) phone number on a 3″ x 5″ card or plain sheet of paper, and mail it in a stamped envelope to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked and received by July 13, 2026. Limit one (1) mail-in entry per person/envelope/outer mailing envelope. Mechanically reproduced, illegible, incomplete, or postage-due entries are void. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, or postage-due mail-in entries.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive:
- One (1) limited-edition, one-of-one set of La Bella “America 250” long scale bass strings
- A one (1) year supply of La Bella RX Standard long scale bass strings (twelve (12) sets)
- One (1) La Bella branded t-shirt
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the total prize package: $350. Because the America 250 set is a one-of-one item, Sponsor has assigned it a good-faith estimated value for prize-disclosure purposes; actual market value may vary. No cash alternative or substitution is permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a prize of comparable or greater value if the advertised prize (or any component) becomes unavailable for any reason.
6. Winner Selection & Odds
The winner will be selected at random from among all eligible entries (Instagram entries and mail-in entries combined) on or shortly after July 13, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
7. Winner Notification
The potential winner will be notified by direct message on Instagram (for Instagram entrants) or by email and/or phone (for mail-in entrants), using the contact information provided. The potential winner may be required to respond within seven (7) days of notification and/or sign and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, and (where lawful) publicity release. Failure to respond in time, to meet eligibility requirements, or to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification, and Sponsor may select an alternate winner at random from the remaining eligible entries. Sponsor is not responsible for a winner’s failure to receive notice due to spam filters, incorrect contact information, or other causes outside Sponsor’s control.
8. General Conditions
By entering, each entrant agrees to: (a) be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway; and (b) release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify, or suspend the Giveaway should fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impair the integrity of the Giveaway, and to disqualify any entrant found to be tampering with the entry process.
9. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Giveaway constitutes winner’s consent to Sponsor’s use of winner’s name, city/state of residence, and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without further compensation.
10. Privacy
Information collected from entrants is subject to La Bella Strings’ Privacy Policy, available at labella.com, and will be used only for purposes of administering this Giveaway, unless otherwise stated.
11. Taxes
Winner is solely responsible for any and all applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with acceptance and use of the prize. Sponsor may issue a Form 1099 if required by law.
12. Instagram Disclaimer
This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. Any information or feedback you provide is provided to La Bella Strings only, not to Instagram. By entering, you release Instagram/Meta from any liability whatsoever in connection with this Giveaway.
13. Governing Law
This Giveaway and these Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
